Andrey V. Stalnoy
Chairman of the Board (CEO)
Andrey Stalnoy joined the UTEM Group of companies in 1981.
He is responsible for development and operational management of the Group, manages the implementation of decisions of the General Shareholders’ Meeting and the Supervisory Board Meeting, organizes the execution of main activities and company development strategy, chairs the Board of directors.
Mr.Stalnoy qualified as a Heat-and-Power Engineer at the Odessa Polytechnical Institute, Department of Nuclear Power Engineering.
As a nuclear power specialist he managed the installation of equipment in reactor plants with VVER and RBMK-type reactors in Ukraine and Russia.
Mr.Stalnoy began his career in 1981 as an engineer of the Chernobyl Construction and Installation Department of AT UTEM. He worked as a foreman, site foreman, general foreman, head of reactor shop of Zapadno-Ukrains’ke (West-Ukrainian) Construction and Installation Department. From 1986, he was the head of the "Atomenergonaladka" department, which specialized in the commissioning of VVER reactors service equipment. From 1989, Chief Engineer, Director of West-Ukrainian Construction and Installation Department. From 1999, Technical Director of AT UTEM.
In 2005 he was elected the Chairman of the Board.
For significant contribution to the development of Ukraine's energy sector Mr.Stalnoy was awarded the honorary title "Honorary Power Engineer of Ukraine".
Mr.Stalnoy obtained additional qualifications in the field of project management at the Ukrainian Project Management Association (Project Manager of category C), UPMA Consultant, Business Management Specialist. He also completed a Business Management course of the International Institute of Market Relations and Business, a strategic business management course of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and the course for strategic management of the Strategic Consulting Group Management Academy.

Pavel V. Tsyrulnikov
Deputy Chairman of the Board (CAO)
Pavel Tsyrulnikov joined the UTEM Group of companies in 1979.
He is responsible for organizing the work of the Board, planning and implementation of Group investment programmes, development and effective use of Group assets. He also organizes work on legal support of the Group activities.
Mr.Tsyrulnikov quaified as a Technician and Heating Engineer with a specialization in “Installation and operation of steam-generating facilities of NPP" at the Novovoronezh Energy College.
Mr.Tsyrulnikov began his career in 1979 as a fitter in the installation of nuclear power plants. He worked as a head of a reactor shop, head of production and processing equipment section, Deputy Director and Director of construction & installation department, Deputy General Director for corporate management and general issues.
Participated in the liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl NPP disaster. For significant contribution to the development of Ukraine's energy sector Mr.Tsyrulnikov was awarded the honorary title "Honorary Power Engineer of Ukraine".
Mr.Tsyrulnikov obtained additional qualifications at the Centre for Economic Education, received training under the programme of the International Business Institute for Corporate Management. He completed a strategic management course of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and the course for strategic management of the Strategic Consulting Group Management Academy.

Sergey B. Lazarenko
Director of Operations (COO), Board member
Sergey Lazarenko joined the UTEM Group of companies in 1984.
He is responsible for the implementation of projects and development of operating processes of the company.
Mr.Lazarenko qualified as a Heat-and-Power Engineer at the Odessa Polytechnical Institute, Department of Nuclear Power Engineering, specialty "Nuclear Power Plants and Installations”,
Mr.Lazarenko began his career in 1984 in the West-Ukrainian construction and installation department of AT UTEM as a foreman, worked as a head foreman, general foreman, head of industrial engineering section, Chief Engineer of construction & installation department.
Participated in the liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl NPP disaster.
He obtained additional qualifications in the field of project management at the Ukrainian Project Management Association (Project Manager of category D), Project Management Specialist. Graduated from the International Institute of Market Relations and Business and completed the strategic management course of the Strategic Consulting Group Academy of Management.

Vladislav A. Bagirov
Finance Director (CFO), Board member
Vladislav Bagirov joined the UTEM Group of companies in 2007.
He is responsible for organizing in the Group's companies of managerial and financial accounting, reporting and auditing, business planning and budgeting, manages financing of Group’s projects.
Mr.Bagirov received a higher education degree in "Management of foreign economic activity of the enterprise" at the Kyiv Economic Institute of Management.
He began his career in 2000 as an accountant of TOV Evrosvit, from 2004 he served as a Finance Director.
In 2007 he was employed by AT UTEM to the post of a head of finance section, since 2008 he is a Chief Financial Officer.

Ruslan V. Svintsitsky
Director of Sales and Marketing, Board member
Ruslan Svintsitsky joined the UTEM Group of companies in 2001.
He is responsible for organizing and controlling the Group's sales, market research activities, study of demand for the Group’s products and elaboration of requirements to support them.
Mr.Svintsitsky received a higher education degree in Physics and Astronomy at the Kiev State Pedagogical Institute n.a M.P. Dragomanov.
He began his career in 1991 at the Kyiv State Pedagogical Institute n.a. M.P. Dragomanov as a laboratory technician of the Experimental and Theoretical Physics and Astronomy Department.
In 2001 he was employed by AT UTEM. He served as a marketing section specialist, manager of the marketing research group of marketing section, head of marketing section, Deputy General Director for Marketing, Deputy Chairman of the Board - Director of Marketing and Sales.
Mr.Svintsitsky obtained additional qualifications in the field of project management at the Ukrainian Project Management Association (Project Manager of category D). He also completed an advanced marketing course at the International Institute of Business, a strategic management course of the Strategic Consulting Group Management Academy. Graduated from the Kiev Institute of Business and Technology under the Professional Development (PDS) programme “Strategic Management”.

Mickhail G. Rudenko
Director of Health and Safety, Member of the Supervisory Board
Mikhail Rudenko joined the UTEM Group of companies in 1982.
He is responsible for the organization and performance of the Occupational Health and Safety system in the companies of the Group. He also superintends the work of a Corporate Training Center and heads the commissions for investigation into accidents at work, qualifying evaluation and examination of personnel in Occupational Health and Safety.
Mr.Rudenko qualified as a Heating Engineer at the Kiev Technological Institute of Food Industry.
He began his career in 1982 at the Chernobyl Construction and Installation Department of AT UTEM as a quality audit laboratory engineer, worked as deputy department head for occupational health and safety, Deputy General Director of UTEM for Safety.
Participated in the liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl NPP disaster.
Mr.Rudenko is a member of the Central Committee of the Energy and Electrical workers' Union of Ukraine.
He received additional training at the Center for Economic Education, graduated from the Academy of Labour and Social Affairs. Completed a business management course of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and the course for strategic management of the Strategic Consulting Group Management Academy.

Alexey A. Ryabokon
Director of HR and Development
Alexey Ryabokon joined the UTEM Group of companies in 2002.
He is responsible for the operation and development of the human resources and corporate management systems, the quality and information systems of the Group.
Mr.Ryabokon received a higher education degree in "Information Design Technologies" at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute".
He began his career in 2002 as a software support engineer, worked as a head of IT section, Development Director.
Mr.Ryabokon obtained additional qualifications in the field of project management at the Ukrainian Project Management Association (Project Manager of category D), completed the programme of the International Business Institute for corporate management and the course for strategic management of the Strategic Consulting Group Management Academy.

Yuriy N. Makovij
Deputy Director for Thermal Power Operations
Yuriy Makovij joined the UTEM Group of companies in 2000.
He is responsible for implementation of the Group's projects in the field of thermal power.
Mr.Makovij received a higher education degree in "Thermal Power Stations" at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute".
He began his career in 2000 as a foreman of the Pechersk Construction and Installation Department of AT UTEM, worked as a head foreman, Deputy Head and Head of Project Management Unit for Modernization of Starobeshevo TPP, Director of Dnepropetrovsk Construction and Installation Department.
Mr.Makovij obtained additional qualifications in the field of project management at the Ukrainian Project Management Association (Project Manager of category D), completed the course for strategic management of the Strategic Consulting Group Management Academy.
