Cooperation with Higher Education Institutions
One of the UTEM Group programmes is a Young Specialists Support Programme. For that end, the Company has set up continuous cooperation with leading higher education institutions of Ukraine with a view to raise awareness of HEI administrations, senior officials of dean’s offices, departments and students about the main trends in the domain of power construction as well as on prospects and opportunities afforded by the UTEM Group for students and newcomers.
Such cooperation provides for different options of activities:
- UTEM Group open-door days
- Training programmes "Student Individual Development Plan"
- Student allowance programme
- Practical training
- Pre-graduation practice
- Informing students about UTEM Group vacancies
- Participation in methodological, theoretical and practical activities in HEI.
