Training Center
The main organizer and provider of the employees training and development process in our Company is a Training Center. The Training Center implements a principal function of training system: planning and organization of training, monitoring of training efficiency.
The main objectives of the Training Center:
- Building of a system for acquisition of knowledge and skills, promotion of which is required by the company development strategy.
- Formation of common business principles and single corporate culture in the company's staff under the conditions of structural distance between the company divisions and subsidiaries.
- Adaptation of training models to meet the requirements of the company's business processes.
All of our Training Center staff have years of experience in the field of training, development and evaluation of personnel.
We also are a developer of unique training programmes.
